A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I’m originally from Bosnia, where I learned early on that opportunities aren’t always handed to you; you create them. That mindset eventually brought me to Geneva and has shaped both my career and the way I approach life.
I’ve always been curious about people and what drives them. One of the reasons I love my job is that no two days are ever the same. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people, learning how different businesses operate, and understanding what matters most to them. Every customer has a different story, every business has its own challenges, and every conversation is an opportunity to learn something new.
My first VP of Sales would often say that we were given two ears and one mouth for a reason, and that we should use them accordingly. It’s advice I’ve carried with me throughout my career. People often assume sales is all about talking, but I’ve found it’s really about listening. The best conversations start with curiosity, not a pitch, and that’s how I’ve built long-term relationships throughout my career.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me training for my next Hyrox race or teaching Pilates. I became a certified Pilates instructor because I genuinely enjoy helping people become stronger and more confident, and I love the discipline that both require. They remind me that meaningful progress comes from consistency rather than shortcuts.
